The Road To Tinkhamtown

Postby Sooty42 » Sat Jan 05, 2019 10:35 am

Has anybody read the short story The Road To Tinkhamtown by Corey Ford? Anybody who loves their bird dog could relate to this story. It use to be available on Field and stream when I would google search for it, but now that link does not fully work. Anyway, if you can get it to work on your phone or computer it is worth the read.

Perhaps best read late in the evening with a pup curled up at your feet and a single malt in hand.

Thanks for posting that. Bird hunting with a dog is something very special. Unlike and other sportsman endeavor I have been involved in.

Great story. Thanks for posting.
I've had several really good dogs, but none were perfect. Neither am I, so keep that in mind!
