What's For Christmas Dinner ?

Postby Doc E » Tue Dec 25, 2018 11:38 am

For our Christmas eve dinner, we had Kobe beef tenderloin with "normal" side dishes.
For Christmas, we will have Goose breast with all of the other goodies.
On the appetizer plate, we will have the "normal" stuff, but
particularly Pickled Deer Heart (with crackers and cheese).

Christmas eve is a tradition around here - fondue. Elk, Moose, Beef, Pork, Sharptail and Shrimp for meats. Oil pot and Venison Broth pot. Beer and Swiss Cheese Pot.

For dinner today the Brisket is in the oven for a couple of hours already.
