Looks like a Kansas chapter of NAVHDA just started up in my neighborhood. I came across their Facebook page and the International appears to have approved the application with approval to do NA testing at this point. Facebook group name is Kansas NAVHDA. Didn't see a website yet.
You never have to tell a dog what time to be home, give them the keys, and they never ask for money.
