Acorn doesn’t fall far from the tree

Postby Willie T » Mon Oct 07, 2019 8:22 am

My son came home from college for the weekend and we were able to get out and go dove hunting. Cricket and Tyler are tight. The two of them seem to really enjoy dove hunting together. Tyler screws an IC choke in the bottom barrel and a full in the top and not much gets past him. Hunting with the two of them are my favorite times afield. It is still hot here in texas and our upland hunting has not kicked off yet. Dove and teal have been occupying our time. I don’t take many pics but I did get one of Tyler with his 15 bird limit, yucking it up with Cricket. The two of them make quite a combination.

That right there is a great day, and it's really not all that much about hunting. Awesome. Nothing like the bond between a kid and their dog.
You have to be smarter than the dog to train it.
