Anyone have a good and fairly simple recipe for Sharpies? I've tried many and still not found one that has me liking the meat on these birds.

Yea, need some help. Got a suggestion today, have not tried. Cook like duck, pink on the inside and fillet the membrane from the meat. Fishermen can do this trick. Have four candidates resting in the fridge.
