Full name Cedarwoods Comfortably Numb. We'll call him Lido (lie-doe). Any health care folks get the joke?

Lots of adventures to come...hope the high tail stays.

It would be funnier if you had another dog named Cain.

Gimme about 5 years!

Wait, wans't Cain the bad brother from the BIble?

50 degrees on the deck this morning. Coffee is steaming. Geese honking somewhere over the trees. Feels like the season!

Wish I had more time.

Lido is a fun pup. Easy going (maybe a bit too much), but he's finding his stride. 11 weeks old, still a baby.

Lena continues to be a great sister. Trying my best to give him time away from her, develop his own style.

Possible early goose in a couple weeks. Maybe maybe maybe the Sandhills will have a cold front early September and force me to make a bucket trip... it'll probably be 90 degrees though. Lena thinks it's time.

Little guy has a ways to go, but he's got grrrrr. Forgot the puppy bumper, he didn't give up.

Thanks for the update.

Nice when a person can train right out their back door or nearby. You all end up with the best dogs.

Pond looks full and grass is green. Must have a wet summer. Most of Oregon gets dry and brown starting in May. West side appears wet from all the trees but actual wet is a wintertime thing. East side is high desert, getting 6 to 8 inches of rain/snow annually.

Oh boy. An actual cold front be rolling through the Sandhills. Might this be the year to chase grouse?

Wish lido was a bit more mature, but gotta take what you can get.

Hmmmmm

MN duck opener in the books. Kinda feels like Christmas.

Mostly layup retrieves shared with the lab. Lena has one long mark that required a bit of search. The lab took a couple great lines to birds that sailed over the hill.

NoDak on Saturday. Tis the season.
