nobirdshere,
Last year around this time Aggie had a beautiful point on a covey of blue grouse about 100 yards away from me, and held until I flushed. Anybody who has hunted blue grouse out west in September knows how hard they are for dogs. We hunt them when it is hot, bone dry, and rarely a breeze. It takes a good bird dog with a great nose to handle them, and Aggie had that in spades. I am sure it will take her a bit to adjust to a new style of hunting, but please keep me posted on her. PM or email works, too.
