We just got a female puppy, 11 weeks old the other day. Dealing with puppy issues that we have not dealt with in over 26 years since our last one.
Any tips on keeping them from thinking that your fingers, hands, toes, feet, pants leg, face, beard, umbrellas, seat cushions, cactus, sprinklers, power cords, laptop, etc. are all toys for them?
Also a bit concerned about her protectiveness of things she has grabbed. Some we are fine with, others could hurt her and we need to get them out of her mouth but do not want to play chase the puppy for obvious reasons of discipline.
She is very birdy already and seems to have a strong hunting desire. Her strong will is concerning.
I turned on Scott Linden's Wingshooting and she loved that. Does not care about any other shows but something about that show she likes.
