Anybody have any suggestions on GSP proof pet beds? We have been useing the Karanda pet beds in the kennel and they shred them in no time.

Both of my dogs (1 GSP & 1 DD) are pretty calm in the crate, and neither are truly aggressive diggers, but I have been satisfied with the pads I received from PrimoPad.
I always order it with their tie down option, don't remember what they call it.

I have had 1 pad for over 3 years and the other has been in use for about 8-10 months.
I have always been able to use a standards size pad, but they do offer custom sizes.

LL Bean used to espouse a DOG BED that was deemed indestructable, they would replace it free if Ole Rover made shreds out of it.....

I bought one once....replaced it three times, YEP, three times.......

This is definitely in the YMMV Category!

That said, I have had one decent experience with a bed, actually more a big pillow, that I got from Petco. I'll try to stop by and get a make/model number on it.

I had my doubts about it as my late, great bud tore up everything I put down for him up til then in short order. They just could not stand up to that 'digging' at the thing to make it comfy. I don't think I had one last a week. This pillow thing was pretty firm, had almost a microfiber finish on one side, and more of corduroy finish on the other and was said to be 'dog proof'. (Insert raised eyebrow)

All I can say is it held up to his efforts for 2 or 3 years.

I'll add/edit the actual product info when I get it..

These are fairly tough.
