Again VERY nice work. No yelling , no screaming, Dogs under control, handlers calm. This is what it should look like.

I dont like layout blinds much either. Really hard to video out of. Not much better to shoot out of.

You guys are lucky. We could never hide out in the field like that. We are mostly Seed grass fields, short grass and birds are ver wary. We normally set up on an edge. And it cant be an edge with trees, the birds will avoid them . We are often 75 yards from decoys and catch the birds when they circle between us and the dekes. Cant use silos.

Its a long trip but you guys should come to oregon for chukars. Your dogs would do great.

Well if you ever want to come out, I can get you set up. I cant guide you, but you don't really need a guide anyway. Public land, just need proper license.

Its a bit of drive for you though!!!!

Im in a pretty good location. 45 minutes to the ocean. 30 minutes to steelhead and salmon. Chukars a bit tougher.

I even got to go on a cattle drive last month near where those pics were taken. 1000 cows , 50 miles. Beautiful country.

Was down there fishing last week. Fishing not so good , but I did see a few chukar pairs getting ready for their big show!

Awesome video. Very, very nice dog work. Looks like a boatload of fun.
