Postby HunterGamer » Wed Sep 04, 2002 11:33 am

Hey guys/gals, just wondering, i have a 2 year old britt and this summer he has had excess goop in both cornnors of his eyes. He seems to see fine and the is no redness or itchyness that i can see. Just alot of goop :)
Any thing i should worry about? :?:

My dog has the same problem. I think it is just dust because it has been dry and whenever he spends a lot of time indoors the problem seems to clear up.

But if this is a symptom of something larger I would like to know.

goop in eyes

Hi,
One of my dogs also produces excess 'goop' in her eyes. My vet noticed it on her last visit and said it is just dry eyes because there is no redness, itchiness or vision problems. She said I could use human eye drops like visine in my dog's eyes and that should allieviate the goop production.
