I have tried to purchase maltodextrin through brew shops where I live, but they kept telling me that they only ordered it once a year because they hardly ever sold any, and that I would have to take a 50 gal drum. I just order glycocharge.

An unflavored version called "CarboGain" is usually available in 2-lb tubs at body builder shops.

Thank you! I'll look for it. I never would have thought to look at human supplements. Brilliant idea. Can't believe how thick-witted I can be sometimes.
