(7 Weeks) 8.3Lbs. Rosie is our newest arrival and has just come home from her breeder Mr. Andy Wright of Memphis TN. Her pedigree is well balanced and I do believe Andy has found a great combination with AFC Rosehill's Mr Speaker X Quartermoon Elster Mew JH. The litter of 9 was very consistent with most showing traits that suggested "I will be a great hunting dog, pick me!" There were several pups in this litter that simply would not abandon the live quail we used for pup testing and I made our final decision on this little girl when she managed to figure out that it would be cool if she brought the bird with her when we called. Rosie went with Rusty on her first trip to the water the day she arrived home. The day was very hot and when we were done a new water dog emerged. Not at all bad for seven weeks old.
