Both sire and dame are imported German Deutscher wachtelhunds. They are the ONLY breeding pair in NA which have passed multiple organized hunt tests, have hunt titles, have eye certification (CERF) and hip OFA clearances. Parents have wonderful temperament, are good family dogs with children, and instinctive hunters.
Versatile hunters, both dogs have good voice on trail, excellent noses for fur or feathered animals, turkeys, grouse, and pheasant. Excellent retrievers, fur or feather.
Making history already: These pups will be first AKC registered litter.
Offspring of dame has highest hunt test score in the first German Jungprufen tests for young dogs in U.S.
Pups will be eligible to run AKC Spaniel tests and retriever tests soon, as well as UKC HRC tests.
